Exercises with yoga ball to lose belly fat

Yoga has become familiar with the women. Just need to do exercise with a yoga ball, you can be beautiful each centimeter of your body. Exercises below have both effect of massage and consume calories and burn abdomen fat efficiently. Be persistent to practise every night or every morning from 10 to 15 minutes, you will see surprising effects.

Training tools: yoga ball, hand weights

Movement 1:

Feet placed firmly, the back against the ball, buttocks do not reach the ground, both hands holding two weights, straighten.
Slowly crawl back according to the ball, hands raised, until knee is perpendicular, back is parallel to the ground, take the shoulders and neck as the fulcrum on the ball, 2 arms are perpendicular to the body.

Hold for a few seconds and then slowly return to the original position. Repeat 10-12 times.


Movement 2:

Hands against the ground, knee bent, feet pressed on the ball.

Using the power of the hips to slowly tilt knee to the left, and then rotate to the right.

Repeat 10-15 times.


Movement 3:

Stand as the photo.

Slowly roll the ball forward by feet, hands moving as thumbnail, until the knee of the supporting leg bent square.

Hold the position for a few seconds and then return to original position. Repeat 10 times on each side.


Movement 4:


Lied and pressed chest on the ball, head is upright as the photo. Two hands hold weights, press along the body.

Slowly move arms forward, reach utmost as holding the skateboard tow-rope.

Return to original position. Repeat 25 times.

Movement 5:

In the position as the photo, vibrating, shaking feet within a minute.

Note that only move the legs, do not move back and not let the ball roll.

Repeat 25 times.


Movement 6:


Feet against the ground, shoulder, neck and head rest on the ball. Two hands hold weights, outstretched.

Slowly wheel arms again until the right weights reach on the left shoulder.

Back to the original position, repeat 10 times.
